We present our weekly menu for the 5th week of autumn. This menu has been carefully selected to offer a balanced diet, rich in seasonal flavours and homemade recipes that you will love.
Welcome to our Weekly Menu:
Autumn is on its way, and with it comes the time to enjoy more comforting dishes that will keep us warm from the cold that is beginning to set in. During this fifth week of autumn, we highlight the incorporation of ingredients such as pumpkin and lentils, both ideal for keeping us warm and full of energy. Did you know that pumpkin is an excellent source of beta-carotene, which helps to improve our visual health and strengthen the immune system? Legume stews, such as lentils with ribs or chickpeas with prawns, provide the perfect combination of protein and fibre, so necessary in this season.
