Weekly menu Autumn - Week 11.

Welcome to our 11th autumn week, full of comforting and flavourful recipes. Discover how to enjoy autumn with dishes that warm the body and soul.

Welcome to our Weekly Menu:

In November 1869, in northern Italy, an agricultural fair was held for the first time to promote local products from the Piedmont region. This fair, which included roasted chestnuts, freshly made wines and white truffles, marked the beginning of the modern International Truffle Fair in Alba. Today the fair is a world-renowned event, where autumnal gastronomy meets cultural and economic traditions. Such events reflect how seasonal foods have played an essential role in Europe's autumn identity and economy.

This week, let yourself be captivated by the tenderness and flavour of our Pork cheeks in brandy and red pepper sauce. This dish, full of autumnal nuances, is an invitation to enjoy traditional cuisine with a special touch.
