Welcome to the 7th week of autumn! We have prepared a varied and balanced menu so that you can enjoy a nutritious and tasty diet every day.
Welcome to our Weekly Menu:
On 12 October 1492, Christopher Columbus arrived in America, an event that changed the world's cuisine. Ingredients such as corn, tomatoes and potatoes arrived in Europe, transforming our kitchens forever. Thanks to this encounter between worlds, our recipes were enriched with foods that are now fundamental, such as pumpkins and peppers.
These ingredients, once considered exotic, are now the basis of many autumn dishes, filling our tables with colours and flavours. In addition, the incorporation of cocoa allowed the creation of delicious desserts that we enjoy today, and the discovery of new spices influenced the way we season our meals.
