Here's a delicious recipe for triangles with soy sauce, a perfect choice for your appetizers or starters. These triangles are filled with a savoury mixture of minced meat, onion, carrot and spices, wrapped in crispy filo dough. Go ahead and prepare them and enjoy this delicious recipe!
Ingredients:
For triangles:
- 8 sheets of filo dough
- 200 g minced meat (can be chicken, veal or pork)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 piece of fresh ginger (about 2 cm), grated
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Frying oil
For the soy sauce:
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 1 small piece of ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Filling Preparation:
- Heat a little oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the onion and cook until translucent.
- Add the garlic and ginger, cook for another minute.
- Stir in the minced meat and cook until browned all over.
- Add the grated carrot and mix well.
- Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, salt and pepper. Cook for a few more minutes and remove from the heat. Leave to cool slightly.
2. Preparation of the Triangles:
- Cut the sheets of filo dough into long, wide strips, approximately 10 cm wide.
- Place a spoonful of the filling on one end of each strip of filo dough.
- Fold the dough over the filling to form a triangle. Continue folding in the shape of a triangle until you reach the end of the strip.
- Repeat the process with all the dough strips and the filling.
3. Cooking:
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan or deep fryer to 180°C.
- Fry the triangles until golden brown and crispy. Remove and place on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
4. Preparation of the Soy Sauce:
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, garlic, ginger and sesame oil.
- Stir well until the sugar has completely dissolved.
Presentation:
- Place the triangles on a plate and serve with the soy sauce in a separate bowl.
- If you wish, you can sprinkle some sesame seeds on top of the sauce for decoration.
