- 4 loins of fresh salmon (approximately 150 g each)

- 8 green asparagus
- 1 large carrot, cut into julienne strips
- 4 slices of Serrano ham
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest (optional)
Elaboration:
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Place the serrano ham slices on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until crispy. Set aside.
