These baked chicken thighs are a perfect choice for a light and healthy meal, with crispy skin and a juicy, melt-in-the-mouth interior.

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 50 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 100 ml white wine
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Elaboration:
