Ingredients:
- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 50 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 100 ml white wine
- Salt and pepper to taste

Elaboration:
