Ambience and Decoration
The ambience of the restaurant is a blend of traditional and modern. The décor, with rustic, summer terrace-style touches and contemporary details, creates a welcoming and elegant space.
The tables are laid out correctly, without being cramped for space. It is true that when we went we were almost alone in the restaurant, there were hardly any customers.
Service
The service is good, perhaps even a little excessive, a little "intense", too often asking if everything was all right (perhaps because we could tell that it wasn't, to be honest).
Value for money
Bad. If we had been charged 60-70€ it would have seemed expensive, but for the 115€ that it was in the end (i.e. almost 60€/person), you can eat infinitely better in other places next door.
Conclusion
The truth is that we didn't like it. I don't know if it's because of the change, as before Pólvora was a place we liked and now I don't think we'll go back. We are aware that there are positive reviews, but our experience has been quite poor. We must have been unlucky. Rating: 2 stars out of 5.

- A rather bland and obscenely expensive turbot for what it is...
- and a pasta with truffle that was very tasteless.
- The menu is extensive, but what we tried was not tasty and less than excellent, as it should be, given the price.
