This quick Chocolate Cake is the perfect solution for chocolate lovers looking for a quick and delicious dessert, ready in just 20 minutes, with the same irresistible taste as always!
Ingredients:
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 80 g flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave or in a bain-marie.
- Mix the eggs and sugar together until they whiten.
- Add the melted chocolate and mix well.
- Add the flour, baking powder and salt. Mix until a homogeneous dough is formed.
- Place the mixture in a microwave-safe mould.
- Cook in the microwave for 5-6 minutes, depending on the power setting (900W to 1100W).
- Leave to stand for a few minutes before serving.

- My "tricks": I never use butter, I use low-calorie margarine. The milk is usually semi-skimmed. I always add a little brandy.
