Quick chocolate cake

This quick Chocolate Cake is the perfect solution for chocolate lovers looking for a quick and delicious dessert, ready in just 20 minutes, with the same irresistible taste as always!

Chocolate cake

Ingredients:

  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 80 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave or in a bain-marie.
  2. Mix the eggs and sugar together until they whiten.
  3. Add the melted chocolate and mix well.
  4. Add the flour, baking powder and salt. Mix until a homogeneous dough is formed.
  5. Place the mixture in a microwave-safe mould.
  6. Cook in the microwave for 5-6 minutes, depending on the power setting (900W to 1100W).
  7. Leave to stand for a few minutes before serving.

  • My "tricks": I never use butter, I use low-calorie margarine. The milk is usually semi-skimmed. I always add a little brandy.
