Welcome to El Cuaderno Azul.

In many homes, the kitchen is the heart of the home, the place where the best moments are born. In my case, these moments have been captured in my children's school notebook which, over the years, has become a small family treasure full of recipes, experiences and flavours.
The Blue Notebook is a blog that brings together all those recipes learned here and there, and many others that arose out of necessity. They are handwritten dishes, in a simple notebook with worn covers, and now lovingly shared for you to enjoy them too.
We continue to grow and evolve. It is now a site multilingualThis allows us to reach a wider audience and share our recipes with people all over the world.
Every week, we send out newsletters and menus to hundreds of subscribers, providing delicious and practical ideas for the home kitchen. On Instagram, we already have more than 2,000 followers who share our passion for cooking - thank you all for being part of this culinary adventure!
We invite you to explore, get inspired and create new moments in your kitchen - I hope you enjoy each recipe as much as I do!
