This prawn and hard-boiled egg salad is an ideal option to enjoy on any occasion, combining smooth and fresh flavours with the creaminess of mayonnaise. Perfect for hot days or as a starter for special occasions.

Ingredients:

  • 400 g cooked and peeled prawns
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 200 g mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard (optional)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • Cherry tomatoes (for garnish)
  • Dried or fresh parsley (for garnish)

Elaboration:

  1. Cooking the eggs Cook the eggs in boiling water for 10 minutes. When they are cooked, peel and cut into small pieces.
