This green bean salad with prawns and hard-boiled egg takes minutes to prepare and is perfect for summer, combining freshness, flavour and speed in one dish - ideal for when you're short on time but want something delicious!
Ingredients:
- 300 g cooked and peeled prawns
- 200 g canned green beans (already cooked)
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
- A few leaves of fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Elaboration:
- Preparation of the eggs:
- Cook the eggs in boiling water for 10 minutes. Then cool in cold water, peel and cut into small pieces.
- Preparation of the green beans:
- Drain the canned green beans well to remove excess liquid. You can rinse them lightly with cold water and leave them to drain if you prefer.
- Preparation of the prawns:
- If the prawns are already cooked and peeled, make sure they are well drained and ready to use.
- Mix of ingredients:
- In a large bowl, mix the green beans, chopped hard-boiled eggs and prawns.
- Add the mayonnaise and mix well until all ingredients are coated. Adjust the amount of mayonnaise to suit your taste.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Refrigerate (optional):
- You can refrigerate the salad for 30 minutes before serving to keep it cooler, although this is not necessary.
- Serve:
- Serve the salad on a plate, garnishing with a few leaves of fresh parsley if desired.
