This garlic cuttlefish cooked in an air fryer is a light and delicious option, with all the flavour of garlic and parsley, but without excess oil. Ideal as an appetizer or main course, and in just a few minutes!
Ingredients:
- 500 g of fresh or frozen cuttlefish (thawed)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- Chopped fresh parsley to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of half a lemon (optional)
Elaboration:
- Preparing the cuttlefishIf the cuttlefish is fresh, clean it and cut it into small pieces. If it is frozen, be sure to defrost it beforehand and dry it well with kitchen paper.
- Garlic and parsley dressingIn a bowl, mix the cuttlefish with the chopped garlic, parsley, olive oil, salt and pepper. Stir well so that all the cuttlefish pieces are impregnated with the dressing.
- Cooking in the air fryerPreheat the air fryer to 180°C. Place the cuttlefish in the fryer tray in a single layer and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking to brown evenly.
- Final touchOnce cooked, you can add a little lemon juice on top for a fresh touch.
