Ingredients:

  • 1 romaine or iceberg lettuce
  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • 1 can of tuna in oil (drained)
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 1/2 onion (optional)
  • Green olives (stuffed or pitted, to taste)
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Wine or apple cider vinegar
  • Salt to taste

Elaboration:

  1. Wash the lettuce and tomatoes thoroughly. Cut the lettuce into thin strips and the tomatoes into cubes.
  2. Peel the boiled eggs and cut them into quarters.
  3. In a salad bowl, place the lettuce first and then add the tomatoes, boiled eggs and the onion cut into strips if you decide to add it.
