Cheesecake with condensed milk.

This recipe is very easy (my children used to make it when they were little, in fact the original recipe is written by them) and it is delicious.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g Burgos cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 small jar of condensed milk

Elaboration:

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and blend with a mixer.
  • When it is beaten, place in the microwave for 15 minutes at maximum power.
  • Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread raspberry jam on top.
  • Leave to cool in the fridge for 2 hours.

Advice:

  • You can use any type of Burgos cheese, but I recommend using one that is fresh and has a mild flavour.
  • If you don't have condensed milk, you can use sugar to taste.
  • You can use any kind of raspberry jam, but I recommend using one that is homemade or does not have too much sugar.
  • You can decorate the cake with fresh fruit (strawberries or raspberries), whipped cream or grated chocolate.
