This recipe is very easy (my children used to make it when they were little, in fact the original recipe is written by them) and it is delicious.
Ingredients:
- 500 g Burgos cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 small jar of condensed milk
Elaboration:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and blend with a mixer.
- When it is beaten, place in the microwave for 15 minutes at maximum power.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread raspberry jam on top.
- Leave to cool in the fridge for 2 hours.
Advice:
- You can use any type of Burgos cheese, but I recommend using one that is fresh and has a mild flavour.
- If you don't have condensed milk, you can use sugar to taste.
- You can use any kind of raspberry jam, but I recommend using one that is homemade or does not have too much sugar.
- You can decorate the cake with fresh fruit (strawberries or raspberries), whipped cream or grated chocolate.
