  5. Coat the broccoli with the mayonnaise mixture, making sure it is well distributed.
  6. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top to create a generous layer.
  7. Broil in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven and serve hot.

  • If you prefer a lighter touch, you can mix the mayonnaise with a little plain yoghurt.
