Ingredients (for 4 people):
- 2 sea bass open and clean (without bones and head)
- 200 g peeled prawns (can be frozen, defrost beforehand)
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 100 ml of dry white wine
- 50 ml of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste

Elaboration:
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- Place the open sea bass in an ovenproof dish, skin side down. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, white wine, paprika, chopped garlic and lemon juice. Stir well to integrate all the ingredients.
- Brush the sea bass with the above mixture, making sure to cover the entire surface of the fish.
- Bake the sea bass for 12-15 minutes, depending on size, until the flesh is tender and flakes easily with a fork.
- Meanwhile, sauté the prawns in a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt for 2-3 minutes, until pink.
- Remove the sea bass from the oven and place the sautéed prawns on top. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy this spectacular dish.
