Ingredients (for 4 persons):
- 1 medium cauliflower (cut into florets)
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 ripe avocado
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons plain yoghurt (optional)
- 1 pickled red onion (for garnish)
- Fresh coriander leaves (for decoration)

Elaboration:
- Preparing the cauliflowerWash and cut the cauliflower into small florets. In a large bowl, mix the smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, olive oil, salt and pepper. Add the cauliflower florets and mix well so that they soak up the marinade.
